How to file a case for the mental abuse that my uses to blackmail me?

Q: I was married for 13 years and was the main income provider to my husband and daughter, bearing all expences. My husband first fell into an affair, then we divorced. After realizing that he can not benefit from my earnings anymore, he started to demand from me money for our jointly mortgaged home which I keep and was paying solely despite it being on 2 names in the mortgage contract. So together with his mistress, they decided to act as i am abusing my daughter - which is not true. He was making up stories, going to police and hospitals taking reports, and letting his mistress attend doctors with my daughter without my knowledge. He is using this to blackmail me to mentally abuse me, teaching my daughter to lie and manipulate me. I want to file a case and prove the abuse, blackmailing, and psychological damage to my child and me. What is the medical facility where I can get a psychological behavior report for my child to prove that he is doing this all on intention and consistently to fulfill his financial plans?

Q: Dear sir/madam, I was told at immigration upon entering the country that I have a police case with a fine of AED 5000. I went to the police and was told to go to Dubai court as there is a fine. I am asking where should I pay the fine; at court or public prosecution? It is a bank fine for sure.

The employer refuses to give a No Objection Letter. What to do?

Q: Hello, We are a European (Slovakia) registered LLC company legally structured to do real estate brokerage. We are about to sign a contract with a major Dubai developer as a service provider to help them sell their units. We agreed on a commission which is more than 5% but in the contract, they provide us only 2% stating that this contract is as per the DLD and that the difference between these two percentages is agreed on an email basis. Is this really the fact that the Dubai Land Department is limiting developers on how much they can give commission to the (international) brokers? In the contract "as per the DLD" there are clauses that we cannot advertise units anywhere (not even online), but in reality, we received info that again we can still do that, but it is there just to follow the DLD layout. To me as a business owner, this practice seems as a total shady activity when we will agree on something via email which I will then deny by signing the main contract. Thank you

What are the legal ways to deliver this legal notice to the warned? In the past, the lawyers and employers of the warned refused to accept the notice. A case to claim my dues from employer for not paying my salaries for eight months

Q: My salaries are not paid for 8 & 1/2 months, and for the past 6 months, my company kept me on unpaid leave. I have resigned with one month`s notice. My total dues shall be over 300K. The company says they can pay a maximum of 8 salaries in 8 months. I am planning to file a labor complaint at the end of the notice period. Q: Dear sir, I received deposit cheques for the amount of AED 324,000/- and AED 34000/- as deposits for the sale of my villa in Dubai. The buyer could not conclude the deal in the stipulated time. We, therefore, presented the cheques. The bank gave a letter certifying that the cheques were issued from a closed bank account. We have registered a police complaint on the Dubai Police app last week. I have read on various websites that issuing cheques and closing that account is a criminal offense. Is that accurate? Hence, is filing a police complaint sufficient? Or is there anything else that we need to do in parallel? What will happen now? It has been a week since we lodged the complaint and haven’t heard back.
