How to get a singleness certificate?

Hello,

I do not know where to ask this but here.

I am a 37-year-old woman, Indian by nationality but a resident of the UAE (Dubai), and I am going to get married to an Indian resident of Hongkong.

After some document checklist, my fiance’s lawyer asked for a “singleness” certificate from my side. Now I am checking from every side and lawyers/people are telling me different ways to get it done as per country.

Can anyone help me with this?

It is a certificate that you are not married.
