What to do when employer doesn't cancel contract after notice period?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, We are from the UK. We made a pre-booking at a hotel in Dubai for eight days. We paid for the entire stay online and received a confirmation text from the hotel for our reservation from March 21st, 2023 at 12:00 am to March 29th, 2023. However, upon our arrival at 2:00 pm today, the staff informed us that rooms are only available at 2:00 pm and requested we pay an additional 360 dirhams for an extra day or wait until the following day. Despite a lengthy conversation, the staff did not provide us with a room, and my wife, one-year-old daughter, and I had to spend the night in the hallway. After a long journey and feeling tired, we were disappointed with the treatment we received from the staff. We intend to take legal action against the hotel and its staff.

Requirements for receiving money in our company from an investor

The person`s name is not mentioned in our trade license, he will transfer the amount to the company bank account, from his personal account. Can you renew your visa if you have a pending case for credit card?

Q: Good morning. I would like to ask if an individual can renew his or her visa if she/he has a case for having payments on a credit card. Since October 2022, monthly dues were not paid but monthly she/he is paying the minimum amount of 1000 to 700. Now one month is missed. He keeps on requesting an extension but unfortunately no response and no confirmation from the bank and third party. Currently, he was receiving notifications in WhatsApp and in the mail that he needs to settle his credit payment by today. But unfortunately, he doesn`t have yet the amount to pay. 30k is the outstanding payable amount on the card. As per the notification, a travel ban might be implemented and the account name will be blacklisted if he can`t pay today itself. What should be the steps to be done? His visa is going to expire and will be on renewal. Can he renew his visa in this case?
