How to deal with fake Google reviews from a former employee?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am running a clinic in Dubai. I hired a doctor a few months ago. She failed to perform the work for which she was hired, so I fired her. Now she is giving fake reviews on Google.

She is also doing this with her friends. I have contacted her, but she has left the country.

Please advise what we can do!

Pursuant to your query, you can file a defamation case against the doctor and her friends as she is intentionally doing this to tarnish the reputation of your company.

If the comments contain insults and contempt, you have the right to file a criminal complaint against her at the police station.
