What is the difference between non-Muslim marital and fund matters cases?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am non-Muslim. My ex-wife filed a lawsuit against me with the type "Marital matters non-Muslim." It is regarding money.

I want to file a new case against my ex-wife related to money regarding a jointly owned company and a jointly owned house that was established when we were married.

I see there is another type of case called "Fund matters non-Muslim."

Please guide me on which types of cases are classified as "Marital matters non-Muslim" and which types of cases are "Fund matters non-Muslim."

What is the difference?

Thank you!

Good day,

Hope all is well!

"Marital matters non-Muslim" is for divorce, alimony, etc. "Fund matters Muslim" is for inheritance.

If you are looking to open a case for a commercial company, you will need to go to another court. You are currently in the Personal Status Court, where your wife has filed a marital case against you.

However, you can continue the litigation and bring the commercial case and property into it.

If you need any further help, you can contact us via phone or email.

Have a good day!

The first concerns issues of marriage, divorce, alimony, and custody.

The second concerns the will and inheritance.

In your case, you are making a case of the first kind, "Marital non-Muslim".
