Can I travel to my country for vacation after finishing a case and paying fine?

Q: Good day Sir/Mam I have a question. We/I have been involved in a fight last week, and the police arrested us. After a week in jail, the Abu Dhabi first instance court released a paper for our fine which we already paid, then we were just released. My questions are: Is there a possibility that I can use my vacation to my country? Is there another hearing session happening after we pay the fine? Or is there another thing I need to do so I can leave the country temporarily because of my vacation is coming? Thank you in advance.

My landlord served me an eviction notice to sell the property. What can I do if he rented it again?

Q: Like some similar cases being explained here, I am a tenant renting the same property for the last 3 years. Last year, after a rent extension, the landlord issued me a 12-month notarised eviction notice on the fact that the house goes for sale. The eviction notice is due on April 6th and I will evacuate the house and move to a different location which I signed already. However, there are absolutely no signs that the house is going on the market for sale, not posted online, and no visitors or anything. I am very sure the house will not go for sale but for rent again, hence I intend to raise a case against the landlord. The question is, when shall I raise a case, waiting for the house to be rented, or immediately after evacuation? And what is the best way to find the house status once I am out, how can I know the house is again up for rent? Appreciate your feedback.

What can I do if the seller of a car I bought gave false information about it?

Q: I bought a used car yesterday for 80k and on the classified, he stated that the car model was 2014 but after the testing reports came out it stated 2013. The guy was shady overall and even took the car to a testing center without our supervision in an unknown place, far from where we first saw the car.
