Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I have won a judgment in my favor against my employer for pending salaries, and the execution is complete. The court has locked the employer's office, and an expert appointed by the court is tasked with selling the office assets to recover the money. However, the office assets, including furniture and desktops, are valued at not more than 5000 AED, whereas my due amount is 100 thousand. Please advise on how the court will recover the remaining balance from the employer.

Q: Dear Sir, The case is finished and the judgment came 2 months ago. My employer deposited the money 50 days ago and my visa is canceled now. But I am not receiving the cheque from the court. I am illegal now as it's already been more than 3 months since my visa has expired. Do I have to pay a fine for staying on an expired visa? And when should I receive the cheque? They say I will get a message but it's been so long now and I am not getting any message or call. Kindly help and suggest

Q: Dear Lawyers, Kindly assist please, 1. I got a favorable judgment against my employer after completing my contract without renewal. I executed and they refused to pay after Dubai Court served them notice. I made the block request which was confirmed by Al Adheed, however, the company still won’t pay (But the company pays workers' salaries in between which I can confirm). I saw an update through my account page on the court website that one of their bank accounts has the executed amount and the bank has reserved it. I just want to know how long it will take for the Court to collect the amount from the bank and pay me or if there is another process I have to take. Note- It's been 3 months and 1 week from the Case registration date to Execution Court. 2. Also The company canceled my visa, however, I am hoping to exit the country within the amnesty grace period if I can’t get an employment offer for a new visa. Which authority do I need to inform of my situation while waiting to get paid? Thank you
