The lawyer passed on the phone to another individual who wasn't not supposed to complete the call. Also he was distracted whcih i can only guess by messages which is why he left 5 mins prior to ending the call. I had to repeat the question when the lady was passed on and the advice was not true.

I clearly stated DIFC employment, but all he recommended was the generic practice, not relevant for DIFC although I asked several times if he is sure. Now after doing my own research after all I find all he said is not relevant. ( i.e. Small Claims Court, limits there etc.. ) Also the main question ( am I obligated to continue work while salary not paid and company under liquidation remained unanswered in a legal way ).
