While I took a few bites, my friend went through the ingredients (she can read Chinese) and said it says there is pork in it. Q: Hello madam, A sales agent recently came into our house (around 8 pm) to do a demonstration of an expensive vacuum cleaner. After the demo, my wife and I decided to take 1 unit because they have offered an installment payment scheme for 12 months. The following day, we talked to the agent that we will not proceed with the purchase and he just said that we will go to jail because of the law and there is no way to return the item because the sales contract includes that a customer will not be able to return the item once it is received. As of now, we haven't paid anything to them as they first require us to pay by cheque. but then he requires us to pay cash in the first month.

I can’t use my Saudi SIM-cards in the mobile. Also, the box for phone says the mobile color is Safire black and the product inside is gold. How it comes? They also specify the country of origin is Dubai and the product is from the USA. And when I made the order in the special request I mentioned I need a 64 GB Phone and they sent me a 32 GB phone. The website www.dubaiphonestores.com is registered in an Indian address and they are operating from Dubai. How can I legally fight with them with UAE laws?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, We are a Dubai-based LLC that purchased merchandise from another Dubai-based LLC. The stock was delivered in Hong Kong for our Asia business. This transaction occurred between two Dubai firms and was out of scope. However, upon inspection, the goods were found to be inauthentic. We have given the supplier several weeks to provide evidence of their authenticity, but they have failed to do so. Tests conducted in China and Hong Kong have confirmed their inauthenticity. We are seeking a refund of €83,655 for the goods, as well as reimbursement for additional warehousing and shipping costs totaling approximately €15,000 since January. We possess all necessary evidence, including communications with the supplier wherein they confirmed the authenticity of the goods, as outlined in the contract terms and their invoice. Selling inauthentic goods is considered a criminal offense in some countries, and we cannot afford to be associated with such practices, resulting in significant losses for our business.

He has submitted six requests to the court for its cancellation, arguing that he is a local, the company is an LLC, and he comes from a reputed family. He also stated that the highest court had declared the travel ban to be a violation of human rights and that the non-payment was due to the company’s financial losses, not the manager’s fault. However, the court rejected his request. The employer has now filed a grievance with the Execution Circuit for the Court Head. Could you advise me if there is anything I need to do? Should I just patiently wait to see how the court proceeds with the case against the company manager?
