Q: Dear Sir or Madam, A Moroccan citizen who lives in Dubai owes me money. I live in Europe and have never been to the UAE. I met this man in Morocco in 2014. Later he sent me a friend request on Facebook. He manipulated me to loan him money via Western Union with various excuses multiple times. It started when he was still in Morocco in 2016.
