15-minute UAE employment advice session

Get advice about your employment issue from an experienced UAE lawyer by phone. Within a 15-minute phone call, the lawyer you hire can answer your questions and give you advice and guidance on topics like hiring and firing, discrimination, job offers, work permits and employment contracts, wages, benefits, end of service gratuity and others.

This service is right for you if you are an employee or an employer, or just going to accept a job offer in the UAE.
 

What's included

• 15-minute phone call with an attorney. Answers and advice. The lawyer will suggest options for you, based on their experience helping other people with employment and labour issues.
• Privacy. Everything you discuss with your lawyer is protected by attorney-client privilege.

What's not included

• Reviewing employment documents.
• Long distance telephone calls. If you are based outside the UAE then probably you will need to call the lawyer yourself, or agree on some other way of voice communication.
• Any additional advice or work by the attorney after the 15-minute advice session.

Most people get the answers they need regarding their employment issues during the call, but you are welcome to talk to your lawyer about hiring them for extra work if needed.
