Alawi Al Jaberi

Alawi Al Jaberi is an Emirati Lawyer and Legal Counsel, born in Dubai in 1978. A Member of the Emirates Association of Lawyers and Jurists. Licensed to appear before all the UAE Courts at all levels. Mr. Alawi graduated from the Faculty of Sharia and Law at the University of United Arab Emirates in 2001. At the outset of his career, he joined the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (formerly known as the Ministry of Labor). He worked as a Legal Researcher at the Department of Labor Relations in Dubai where he specialized in researching and surveying labor complaints and handled responding to inquiries in relation to the Labor Law and the regulations thereof. Thereafter, he joined the General Secretariat of the Federal National Council, where he occupied the post of Head of Legal Affairs and participated in conducting several legal studies and research in relation to drafting laws referred by the Government to the Federal National Council to be presented to the members of the Federal National Council. He worked also on providing reports and legal advice, preparing contracts, and conducting administrative investigations. He has received training at Dubai Courts and Public Prosecution in Dubai. In addition, he has participated in many specialized courses and programs inside and outside the UAE in Commercial Law, Civil Law, and Criminal Law since his graduation from University, which has significantly developed his legal skills.
