Mohsen Moustafa Mohamed

Mohsen Moustafa Mohamed is recognized in the business and legal community as a trusted and experienced advisor to various multinational companies in the private sector and individuals. He is admired for his integrity and ethical approach to business. Since 2006, Mohsen has been responsible for Al Dhaheri international’s day-to-day direction on legal matters. He has extensive experience in various company and commercial affairs. Also, he is specialized in dispute resolution and litigation as well as real estate and construction matters. With more than 38 years of legal experience, he regularly advises clients on various complex legal disputes and represents clients as arbitration counsel before DIAC (Dubai International Arbitration Center) and DIFC-LCIA (Dubai International Financial Center- London Court of International Arbitration). He graduated in law from Al Mansoura University (Egypt) in 1997 and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Council.
