Dr Amira Al Bastaki

Dr Amira Al Bastaki is an Emirati advocate who obtained PhD in Modern Contracting Agreements “FIDIC” from Dubai Police Academy, and she has a wide legal and judicial experience at all courts and prosecutions of the United Arab Emirates. She has been practising advocacy since 2006, during such a long period, she has worked at one of the greatest advocate offices in the country which is Dr Habib Almulla Advocates and Legal Consultants until 2012. She practised advocacy in her own company through her office “Amira Ibrahim Advocates and Legal Consultants” which name has been changed after obtaining PhD into “Dr Amira Al Bastaki Advocates and Legal Consultants”. Dr Amira Ibrahim Al Bastaki has many legal articles published in a number of local newspapers and she had published a book called “Modern Contracting Agreements – an applied study to FIDIC contracts in the United Arab Emirates".
