Q: I opened a custody case. I asked for proof of custody, house, and alimony. I added a lawyer to the case, who submitted the last memo asking for everything for me except the alimony for the child. The judge did not rule on alimony. He does not mention the alimony request in the verdict. Is it true that the judge considers only the requests mentioned in the last memo?

A bank refuses to provide clearance certificate due to unpaid hidden charges
Q: Hi, I had a debt with a bank. The last year 2022, I completed all the payments, and my bank account statement shows zero. Finally, I approached both the bank and the collection department for the clearance paper, but I was told I still owe them money (for late payment, SMS fees, maintenance fees, etc.) which seems to be hidden charges of about 10,000 AED which is not reflected in my bank statement. He later sent her a visa (a visit visa that was edited to look like an employment visa) plus a fake air ticket. The residency visa expired while looking for a job. What to do?
Q: Hi, I am in the grace period of 30 days after the resident visa expiry. My visa was valid till 30/08/2022 (Ajman residency visa). From 3rd October 2022 onwards, the government of the UAE is implementing 3 month grace period policy for residence visa expiry. My question is: Will I fall under this category after paying penalty for the few days from 29th Sept - 3rd October (Because my grace period will be over)?
