How to know if I can enter Qatar if I have an unpaid loan in the UAE?

Dear Khaled,

I'm blacklisted in the UAE due to bounced cheque.

However, the police told my friend that my case is not big and I can come to Dubai and they will hold me for one hour in the airport and then let me enter the country.

I have a job offer in Qatar, and I want to know if I can enter Qatar.

Yes, you can enter Qatar, but first, make sure through a lawyer that you have not been generalized in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and there is no arrest warrant against you in the UAE.
