حق الدائن في تنفيذ حكم الحبس بقضية خيانة أمانة

س: تمت محاكمتي غيابياً شهر سجن فى قضية خيانة أمانة فى إيصالات أمانة أنا رفعتها ضد رافع الدعوى علي. ولما رفعت دعوى معارضة لتأييد الحكم أيضاً، فأنا أريد أن أعرف بعد كم يوم أرفع الاستئناف. هل من حق رافع الدعوى ضدي أن ينفذ الحكم أم لا علاقه له بالتنفيذ لأنني خائفة ولا أعرف ماذا أفعل؟ برجاء الرد

س: أخذت بطاقات ائتمانية من أكثر من بنك في السعودية ولم أسددها ورجعت إلى بلدي مصر وذلك منذ ٣ سنوات. الآن تواصل معي اثنين من البنوك عن طريق مكاتب تحصيل هنا في مصر، وأريد أن أعرف ما الذي يستطيعون فعله معي، خصوصًا أنني عرضت على أحدهم تسديد ٦٠ % من إجمالي المبلغ ويعطوني مخالصة. إن المبلغ كبير جدًا وعندما سحبته كان يعادل بالعملة المصرية أقل من نصف ما يعادله الآن. أنا أعمل في مصر وليس لي أي طريقة لأسدده بنفس العملة (الريال السعودي)، وسأدفع ما يعادله هنا بالمصري. أريد أن أعرف أولًا: هل يستطيع أي بنك فيهما أن يرفع قضية أو يحكم علي بالحبس أو بتجميد رصيدي في البنك في مصر هنا؟ ثانيًا: ما الذي يمكنني فعله لأنتهي من هذه الديون وأسددها؟

Q: Please help me with the below scenario. I had worked with a company for three years. I was terminated on the basis of redundancy on 15th Jan 2019. They gave me one month notice period which ended on 15th Feb 2019. I completed the notice period and now joined another company. At the end of my notice period, I have 34 leave days as balance. In my final settlement, the company is paying me these 34 days on the basis of BASIC salary only. My argument to them is that I should be paid as per article 79 of the UAE labour law which states that my leave days shall be paid on the basis of wage. I want your help to understand if I am eligible to receive a full salary (basic + allowances) for my 34 leave days or it is only BASIC SALARY for 34 days.

Q: One of our staff was on an Unlimited Contract. We gave him a 30 days` notice stating that we won`t be renewing his contract. We paid him in cash his EOSB - 21 days for each year + Leave Salary (not basic, but full salary) + Ticket Money in Cash. Q: Hi, I am an Indian and living in Dubai for the last 25 years. My son had a criminal case on document forgery and he served three months jail term then got deported from the UAE. I am not very sure if he has been blacklisted and got a lifetime ban. The judgement states "3 months jail and deportation". Recently I checked at Sharjah Immigration and found no ban on him. However, I`m a bit scared that he will be blocked and arrested at the airport on arrival on a tourist visa. Q: Dear Mr Hari, Good day. I took a loan from a bank one year back for AED 64,000 and now I have an outstanding amount of AED 48,500 which I am now unable to pay due to the loss of employment.
