Checking criminal records from outside the UAE

I am based in the UK and looking to employ someone who is now back to the UK but was based in Dubai.

I need to do a background check to find out if they have any criminal record whilst based in the UAE.

Is there any way of checking?

Dear Questioner,

Yes, you can if you have the identity papers such as a copy of the passport, Emirates Identity and power of attorney on behalf of him/them.

If you don't have a POA,then you need legal assistance from a law firm to do that for you without a POA.
