Relocating from the UAE and its effect on your existing liabilities

Hello,

I am planning to relocate to Qatar by cancelling the current job in the UAE. I have credit card liabilities in the UAE.

I would like to know if my visa is cancelled with gratuity settlement, will I be caught in the airport while travelling in India with the current liabilities with credit cards?

Dear Questioner,

Please note that you will be stopped at the immigration only when a criminal case is reported against you or a blacklist or travel ban is initiated against you.

The banks will file a criminal case only if you have defaulted on payments. In that case, they will present a security cheque given by you to them in the initial stage of the credit card or loan application.

Hope the above explanation is satisfactory.

Regards,
