Commercial recovery of outstanding dues from a company

I have a small consulting firm. I did some work for a UAE based firm for which the total invoice value is around AED 33k.

Invoices are pending for 6 months or more and the other party is not responding well. However, they continue their activities and pay other contractors.

Can something be done to recover my due payment asap?

I have a signed agreement and work correspondence in writing.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thank you for reaching out to me on this.

Your case is a typical commercial recovery case in which the only resort is to proceed legally.

We can issue a legal notice to the company for payment of dues, if the company still doesn't repay then we will have to file a commercial case against them.

Considering you have an agreement and all misc documents, this should be a straight forward case. You can recover all legal costs from the company.

You can get in touch with me on 052-9495731 or email for further assistance and clarification.

Thank you.

Regards,

Hari Wadhwana
