Features of a real offer letter and avoiding fake offers

Before the offer letters were issued in company letterhead with all the benefits and payables to the employee.

But as per the new procedure in the UAE labour law, the offer letter comes as a part of the labour contract. And once you accept and sign the offer letter, it is the part and parcel of the labour contract.

So an unauthenticated company cannot issue an offer letter in the new format.
