Q: Hi, I have a credit card debt that I have not been paying regularly. Only every other month. But I am still paying. The bank says they will file a police case against me every time. Q: Hi, I want to know how does my friend get bail. He is in jail for the last 20 days and the police did not present him in front of the court. Only 1 hearing is done yet but my friend is innocent and my question is why the police did not present my friend in front of the court. Will the bank file a case for stoppage after resuming loan payments
Q: I have taken a finance loan from a bank and was paying continuously as it was automatically debited from my salary account associated with the bank. Due to my pregnancy, I have unpaid leaves and now it`s 4 months pending. For 6 months, my salary wasn`t credited but every 2.5 months I paid 1 instalment in these 6 months. Last month, I resumed work and from last month salary started paying again into DIB account and they have taken 1.5-months instalment. Meanwhile, last week they deposited a cheque which was given during the loan process and it bounced. Transferring an employee from a DMCC to an LLC company owned by the same owner
Q: I am under DMCC. My visa has already expired on Nov., 8. My company told me that they will transfer me to an LLC (same owner). I emailed them reminding them that aside from my gratuity, I also have a pending ticket allowance. They replied to me and sent a letter that from DMCC, I will be transferred to an LLC due to the expiry date. Liability for the nuisance caused by pets and domestic animals

Q: This is related to a commercial question (B to B). I sold manpower services to a company. They have not paid my invoices. According to the contract, they are obliged to pay us a 2% penalty per day on the outstanding balance, if they don`t pay the outstanding balance by 15th of the following month. How to close an LLC company while one of the partners is missing?
Q: Dear Sir, We would like to wind up our business. It is an LLC company based in Sharjah, UAE. One of our partners is missing and we are unable to trace out her. There are 3 partners excluding the UAE national sponsor. Me, my wife & one more lady. She was always a sleeping partner as I am the managing director & authorized signatory. Now since we are unable to run the business profitably, we would like to close down the business. The trade license expires in May 2020 and we don’t want to renew it anymore. Claiming security deposit illegally held by the landlord
Q: Claiming the security deposit from the landlord held illegally My landlord is stating he will hold AED 1650 from my deposit for grouting for all the villa, and change of kitchen cupboard: AED 1200 for grouting and AED 450 for cupboards. However, when I first rented the villa, the kitchen cupboards were already damaged and the owner assured me back then that he is aware of the damage. And now he is claiming that I did damage it (I didn`t take any photos back then of the damaged ones). As for the grouting, I didn`t damage any grouting to be charged and I believe it is the owner responsibility to do it. The owner is insisting that he will charge me for the above regardless.
