عدم إنفاق الزوج على زوجته وأطفاله ورفع قضية طلاق للضرر

س: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله، أنا متزوجة ولدي طفلين. زوجي مواطن وأنا من دولة عربية أخرى. كنت أعيش ف بيت مع زوجي وأطفاله؛ أمهم متوفاة منذ ثلاث سنوات. انتقلت بعدها إلى بيت منفصل لعدم تقبله أي أحد من أهلي وعدم الاحترام. صبرت معه لأجل أطفالي. يسيء التعامل معي ولا يقدرني ويغلط فيّ أمام أطفالي والخدم ولا يحترمني. حاليًا يطالبني بالرجوع للسكن معه في نفس البيت. حرمني من مصروفي الشخصي وخرج من البيت ولم يعطيني حتى كسوة العيد لأطفاله وحرمهم منها. لا يوجد مصروف للبيت ومضى حاليًا شهر ونصف وهو لا يأتي إلينا. أريد أن أعرف حقوقي. وهل يمكنني أن أعمل بدون موافقته لأنه يرفض. إذا استمر الوضع بهذا الشكل، فهل أستطيع أن أرفع قضية طلاق للضرر؟

Ajman Court has sent them the notice on the amount to be paid in 15 days but till now 13 days have passed and there is no communication from the employer nor any response to my follow-up emails. Are the unpaid extra working in hours during weekends compensated if substituted?

Q: Hello dear Someone worked on (2) weekend days to be compensated later and I will take these two days to substitute Thursday and Friday noting that Saturday and Sunday are weekly offs. Will they deduct from my annual leave days extra 2 days, or is it’s a different scenario here cause they are in compensation?

س: رجل مصري يعمل بالإمارات. زوجته تعيش بمصر مع طفلين ولم تعِش معه بالإمارات من قبل، أتت إلى الإمارات بدون علم زوجها وقامت برفع قضية نفقة. مع العلم أنني أدفع النفقات شهرياً، فهي تطلب نفقة لها وللأولاد وأجر مسكن ومصاريف مدارس وأنا أرغب بالطلاق في مصر. هل تقفل القضية لعدم الاختصاص بعد إتمام الطلاق بمصر؟ وما الذي سوف تحصل عليه الزوجه بالإمارات؟

How to claim the pending salaries after leaving to home country?

Q: Hi Everyone, I was having pending salaries for about 5 months with my company. I sent them many emails for releasing my salaries as I was having room rent, food, and transportation plus supporting my family in Pakistan. No one replies to my emails from HR or any other department. Then I sent a leave application with an official email that I have no money and I am going to my home country. For that email also no one replied. I left the country and stayed in Pakistan for 40 days. Then I sent them emails for my pending salaries and ticket to come back for work. My company`s HR replied to me that I went without management approval and they decided to terminate me. Before a few days, they gave me a termination letter with immediate effect. Kindly advise what should I do and can I get a one-month salary for termination without a notice period?

Application of the eviction notice served to the tenant before the contract renewal

Q: Hello, I served my tenant an eviction notice on 5 Dec 2021 to leave the property. His tenancy contract was to be renewed on 5 Jan 2022 and I renewed it for the period of 5 Jan 2022 to 6 December 2022. So is it fine as I am giving him 12 months to evict the property (notice on 5 December 2021)? Or do I need to make it 5 January 2021 to 5 January 2022?
