Can I renew my visa if a have a pending case and arrest warrant for credit card?

Q: Good Morning Sir, Good Morning, My name is A. and I am having a Dubai court civil case from a Bank for not paying an outstanding credit card bill. The current status of the case is they have made an execution and an arrest warrant is issued for not paying the amount. My question is, is it possible to renew my family and my own visa while having a civil case execution and arrest warrant? If not, what is the process/cost to get my visa renewed? Q: Hello, Good afternoon! My friend works as a cleaner for a cleaning company and she now wants to resign with a 30-day notice. However, she has not completed the two-year contract and has only served for 16 months. Additionally, she has not taken any vacation leave. The sad part is that when she signed the offer letter, she did not receive a copy of it and only signed it. I would be very grateful if you could let me know if she would have to pay or if her boss has the right to not accept the resignation if the notice period mentioned in the offer letter is more than a month. Her boss has not provided her with any kind of proof that she can use in the future if anything happens.

س: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، أعمل في شركة منذ 2013 وآخذ كل سنة من بداية عام 2013 لغاية شهر 6/2023 بدل سكن بـ4 شيكات سنويًا. في 2019 تم الاتفاق على بدل المدارس وكنت آخذه بشكل سنوي على 4 شيكات. في شهر 7/2022 تم تخفيض راتبي من 12000 درهم إلى 10000 درهم. لم يُصرَف لي بدل مدارس عن الفترة 2022-2023. كان لي 7 رواتب متأخرة بقيمة 84000 درهم فقامت الشركة بالتسوية معي وإعطائي شيكات بقيمة 64000 درهم ووقعت على تنازل بعدم المطالبة بباقي المبلغ. السؤال الآن: أريد أن أقدم استقالتي من الشركة، فما الحقوق التي يمكن المطالبة بها؟
