Fraudulent forex platform in Dubai: How to recover my investment?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I invested money in a forex trading platform, but later discovered it is an unlicensed fraud company that is scamming many people.
They had claimed to have a license and have an office in Dubai. Two people have already filed a case against them.
I want to know the best way to proceed and recover my invested amount.

You can file a complaint against the company through the Securities and Commodities Authority.
Dear Questioner,
If the company is fictitious, and the investment is false, then this constitutes fraud, and the disposal is by submitting a criminal report to the police.
If the company exists, and the investment actually took place, but there was a lie or non-payment of profits, then the way is to file a civil case in court.
