Q: Good day Ma'am/Sir, I was applying for a working visa in Dubai, UAE, but was given a permanent ban due to old TB in October 2023. I went back to my home country Philippines, but they said I didn't have TB and I hadn't been diagnosed as a TB patient before. Can I come back to the UAE and work again?

Q: Hello Sir. I have some old scars on my lungs but it is not due to TB. It is because of phenomena. It is almost 8 years old. I’m trying for a student visa to study in the UAE. How can I get a UAE visa for my mother to the UAE if she has scars on lungs from TB?

Q: Good morning Sir, Actually, I tried to take a partner visa for my mother since I didn’t meet the criteria to sponsor her. Unfortunately, she didn’t pass the medical test and was deemed unfit. We went for a second medical test all tests were negative but she still didn’t pass due to the scars on her lungs and we were forced to cancel her visa with a permanent ban and send her back to India. Since I am the only child and there’s nobody else to look after her coz my father already passed away in August last year. Is there any way possible to bring her back? I tried to take a visit visa but got rejected. So kindly advise me on what can be done or where to apply!

How to file a case against my former company for unpaid salary I was not on their visa?

Dear Legal Advice Middle East, I hope you are well. I am seeking legal advice regarding an unpaid salary issue with my former employer, [-----]2 LLC. I was employed with them from December 4, 2024, to January 7, 2025, on a monthly salary of 5,000 AED. However, I only received a partial payment of 2,473 AED on February 24, 2025. The remaining 2,527 AED is still unpaid. I submitted a complaint to MOHRE on March 2, 2025, but I am unable to proceed further through their official channels. This is because I was working under the visa of my previous employer, [---] LLC, and not under [----]’s sponsorship. As a result, I do not meet the criteria to file a labor complaint via the MOHRE app or hotline.
