How can I get a UAE visa for my mother to the UAE if she has scars on lungs from TB?
Good morning Sir,
Actually, I tried to take a partner visa for my mother since I didn’t meet the criteria to sponsor her. Unfortunately, she didn’t pass the medical test and was deemed unfit.
We went for a second medical test all tests were negative but she still didn’t pass due to the scars on her lungs and we were forced to cancel her visa with a permanent ban and send her back to India.
Since I am the only child and there’s nobody else to look after her coz my father already passed away in August last year. Is there any way possible to bring her back?
I tried to take a visit visa but got rejected. So kindly advise me on what can be done or where to apply!
Dear User,
Unfortunately, If TB is detected, that leads to a ban in the UAE.
In order to possibly lift that ban, she must obtain a medical report from her home country stating that she doesn't have TB, and get it attested in the UAE embassy.
Dear Inquirer,
We are pleased to serve you and address your inquiries.
Everything else related to residency is determined by the competent authorities in the country, and according to the question, it was rejected twice due to the health situation.
