How to remove my name from the blacklist if I failed the medical test?

My name is on the blacklist as I failed the medical test in the year 2013. It was due to a scar on my lungs.

I want to remove my name from the list which can allow me to get a job in the UAE.

I request for help in this regard.

Dear questioner,

When a person is deported due to a medical ban, it would be considered a permanent ban.

If we need to remove the ban, we need to file a request along with medical documents from an internationally accredited laboratory that shows you are medically fit and the disease is non-transferable.

If the authority is convinced of the same, the ban will be removed.

Actually, I am in Australia now. Just two months ago I came here. Even here I got conditional medical approval.

They asked me to sign a health undertaking but they have allowed me to enter and work here.

Will this help in any way? Or can I present the medical certificate from here?
