Q: My salaries are not paid for 8 & 1/2 months, and for the past 6 months, my company kept me on unpaid leave. I have resigned with one month's notice. My total dues shall be over 300K. The company says they can pay a maximum of 8 salaries in 8 months. I am planning to file a labor complaint at the end of the notice period. Q: Dear Sir/Ma'am I need advice about what procedure I can follow in my situation. For over a year I’ve been working at my company. My employer delays our salary, and when he gives it's only a partial amount, not a full month salary. He always promises he'll give the balance on the next salary, but after that again he gives partial payment like 500, sometimes 1,000. He hasn't given the salary for 2 months now, and yesterday Nov 11 2018, I asked for my balance salary from the previous month of Sept. and this month of Oct. Instead of giving me, he said I'll not give the salary because there's no money. This is my boss' drama every time we ask for the salary. Now I decided to stop work until I get paid. Procedures for the execution of a labor court judgment

Q: I won a case. My final judgement came on 2 march and my employer has to pay me 20000. The judgement came in the absence of the employer and I filed the notification case on 19 March to notify the judgement of the court. But now, I am still waiting for filing the execution and after every 2 days, Alhadeed says me come after 2 days. I don't know why they are doing this. I want to close this matter as soon as possible. Hello. My company has filed a case against a client for failure to pay and a bounced cheque. The client's company is registered as a virtual office in the Creative City Free Zone in Fujairah, so our case is filed there. The client basically purchased some equipment from us, and his payment via bank transfer did not go through and was rejected. Then, when we deposited his security cheque after multiple attempts to contact and no answer, the cheque bounced. The company is under his wife's name, and we have filed a case on the same. The court has accepted our application, however, they have instructed the execution bureau to get the Emirates ID of this authorised signatory. The bureau is asking us to get it, and we have no way to do so, unfortunately. Without the Emirates ID, the court cannot freeze the bank accounts or put a travel ban, etc. What are our options here?

A bank has filed an execution cheques case through the Dubai Courts due to nonpayment of a personal loan and credit card. Is a travel ban automatically applied? I looked on the Dubai Courts website, and it says the judge has issued a “reserved” order for my case. Furthermore, when the bank emails, they threaten me with a travel ban.
