Q: My salaries are not paid for 8 & 1/2 months, and for the past 6 months, my company kept me on unpaid leave. I have resigned with one month's notice. My total dues shall be over 300K. The company says they can pay a maximum of 8 salaries in 8 months. I am planning to file a labor complaint at the end of the notice period. My employer delays our salary, and when he gives it's only a partial amount, not a full month salary. He always promises he'll give the balance on the next salary, but after that again he gives partial payment like 500, sometimes 1,000. He hasn't given the salary for 2 months now, and yesterday Nov 11 2018, I asked for my balance salary from the previous month of Sept. and this month of Oct. Instead of giving me, he said I'll not give the salary because there's no money. This is my boss' drama every time we ask for the salary. Now I decided to stop work until I get paid. Q: I won a case. My final judgement came on 2 march and my employer has to pay me 20000. The judgement came in the absence of the employer and I filed the notification case on 19 March to notify the judgement of the court. But now, I am still waiting for filing the execution and after every 2 days, Alhadeed says me come after 2 days. I don't know why they are doing this. I want to close this matter as soon as possible. Kindly guide and advise me.
