Based on Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 regulating labour relations and its executive regulations, you are entitled to a paid weekly rest for not less than one day, as specified in the work contract or the work regulation. The Council of Ministers may increase the weekly rest day stipulated in this article. The Decree-Law and its executive regulations also stipulate that you are entitled to an annual leave with full pay as follows: - Thirty days for each year of your extended service. - Two days per month in respect of any employee with more than six months and less than one year of service. - Leave for parts of the last year of your service in case it is terminated before you use your annual leave balance. السلام عليكم، أعمل في شركة في العين مند ثلاث سنوات ونصف "منها سنة وعشرة أشهر إقامة تابعة للشركة" وما تبقى كنت أعمل بالإعارة من شركة أخرى. راتبي في عقد العمل 500 درهم ولكن راتبي الفعلي 2500 درهم. هل يحق لي المطالبة قانونًا على حسب الراتب الفعلي؟ وهل فترة العمل بالإعارة تدخل ضمن أيام المستحقات؟ علمًا بأنني أستلم راتبي بشكل مباشر بإيصال قبض من الشركة، وراتب العقد (500) أستلمه بنكيًا أو عبر فروع الأنصاري.

Dear Sir/Madam, My employer (Federal) signed a 3-year contract with me. They have now given me 3 months' notice, ending my contract in May rather than August, saying that my contract was not renewed. Dear Sir/Madam, Is it possible to resign on probation and return to home country? I came here to join a company on November 1, 2022, and I got my Emirates ID on February 2, 2023. I want to know how long I can stay after canceling the visa and if there is any obligation that could be created by my employer. السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، السادة الأعزاء المحترمين، في القانون الإماراتي وعلى الأراضي الإماراتية ما حكم العقد الصوري في هذه الحالة: مقيم عاطل عن العمل أعزب يبرم عقد صوري بمسمى وظيفي مزيف وراتب مرتفع جداً لكي يتمكن من كفالة أهله من الدرجة الأولى والثانية؟ هل يمكن غض الطرف عن هذه الفعلة؟ أم هل ستتم محاسبة هذا الشخص بسبب انتقاله المفاجئ من البطالة إلى الراتب المرتفع؟ وما النتائج المترتبة على اكتشاف العقد الصوري؟ هل سيتم إلغاء كفالة الأهل؟ هل سيتم تغريمهم؟ ترحيلهم؟ وماذا عن الشخص نفسه هل يمكن زجه في السجن؟ لا قدر الله أرجو الحصول على إجابة واضحة وشافية وشكراً لكم جزيل الشكر.

Salam, I received an email at 8.25 am stating that my first hearing is at 9 am, but I read this email at 10 am. Is there any issue as I've filed a case against my employer for salary?
