I left work without a proper resignation. How to know if I have an absconding case?
Dear Sir,
I left the company due to a heavy workload and stress. I then sent an email informing them of my issue and my resignation from the company.
Can they file a case of absconding?
How do I know if I have an absconding case?
If a report is filed against you, you can prove his maliciousness by your presence, and by e-mail, you can inquire through the call center 901.

Dear user,
Resignation from a company, as a general rule, is done by providing the employer with a contractual notice period (no less than 30 days).
As long as you have resigned according to the law and your employment contract then there should not be an issue.
Then, your employer will accept your resignation and if he does not, you may file a complaint at MOHRE against your employer.
One of the best methods to resign is to submit a physical resignation letter with your signature, however, emails are also accepted.
Whether he has filed an absconding case against you will show if you check with the relevant authorities.
We may do so on your behalf if you purchase our pre-paid service "checking for court cases filed against an individual in the UAE" and specify which Emirate.
Kind regards,
