Can you enter the UAE again if you left with an absconding case?
Dear All,
I am outside the UAE Currently.
My question is if my previous employer has filed absconding against my work visa, am I not allowed to enter the UAE under a visit visa?
I have plans to set up an LLC for my current business in the UAE. For that, I need to travel and initiate the business setup in the UAE.

Please be informed that you will have to request your employer to remove the absconding case filed against you.
The ban has to be removed in order for you to enter the UAE again.
