What to do with a person who gave me a loan on interest and asking for more?

I took 5k on interest from someone. I give him a blank cheque. I paid more than the amount but he did not give me the cheque. Now he deposited the 20k amount.

Now I received a message from the court that I have a travel ban but I have to do it.

I have proof Sir which he says I have a blank cheque he can put easily a big amount and deposit and other he sends details that time also 5k principal plus interest.

He's doing interest he doesn't have company personnel doing this.
