هل يمكنني إجراء تسوية مع صاحب العمل خارج المحكمة وسحب القضية المرفوعة ضده؟

أريد تسوية قضيتي العمالية مع صاحب العمل خارج المحكمة لأنه على استعداد لدفع حوالي 60% من مبلغ المطالبة عن طريق شيك (لدي عرض عمل).

هل يمكنني القيام بذلك (قبول مبلغ أقل من مبلغ المطالبة)؟ وكيف يتم سحب القضية؟

أول جلسة لي هي الشهر المقبل.

You can settle with the company as you wish and tell the labor you want to drop the case (or the company will tell the labor that they have settled with you).
