Mohammad Obaid AlRaddha

Mohammad Obaid AlRaddha Alsuwaidi is a United Arab Emirates national who graduated LLB Law License from Beirut University and holds a Higher Diploma in Science, Justice & Law (Higher Institute) Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He worked in the Public Prosecution, where he represented - as a prosecutor - the Government of Dubai and coordinated with the police and the Department of Justice. He was appointed as a Judge in Dubai Courts, where he presided over a large number of civil, commercial, labor, and criminal matters and was a signatory to a number of reported judgments. After that, he has been appointed as Head of the Legal Department in the Development Board, Dubai. He has obtained a decree from the Ruler of Dubai to represent the UAE Government in all cases brought by it or against it before all stages of litigation. Heading the Legal Department, he was in charge of all legal matters affecting the Development Board, including advising it on all legal issues, giving instructions, and drafting and approving contracts and other legal documents. He resigned from this post in 2005 to establish Accord International. He is licensed to practice as an advocate in the United Arab Emirates National Courts and Arbitration Chambers. In addition to his wide experience as a Prosecutor, Judge, and Head of the Legal Department of the Development Board, he also participates with the Dubai Government in international cases. He is the moving force for the formation of the firm and is the Chairman of Accord International Advocates & Legal Consultants.
