The procedures of labour execution and its time frame
Dear Sir,
I have a labour case in Dubai Courts and got the final judgment on my favour. Now, I am going to open the execution file. If I withdraw my case, the company is ready to pay 50 per cent of the amount.
Will the execution court make any negotiations if the employer ask for deduction? Will it take a long time to make the execution?
Dear Questioner,
I will not recommend you to withdraw the execution. The execution court will not reduce any amount or will not initiate any compromise without your consent.
Usually, the execution procedures would complete within 2-3 months maximum and you will even eligible to get all the court expenses as well.
