If you cancel your visa with the employer, this means that you waive all your rights.

We advise you to request a temporary work permit from the judge during the hearing and you will get it.

You should know that when the case is in the court, the employee can apply for a temporary work permit from the Ministry of Labor until the case is resolved.

The new temporary work permit is for a period of six months against a fee of AED 500 to be paid by the new employer.

The new work permit is renewable for another six months.

Thank you for the response, Sir.

I would like to go back to my home country while the case is in the labour court for salary and settlement. I would like to withdraw my case, because, though I will not receive money, I can at least go back to my country.

Since my company is in the free zone, free zone authority is asking me for judgment to cancel my visa.

If I withdraw my case in front of the honourable judge, will I get a judgment or just a withdrawal letter from court?

I don't know how to cancel my visa even though I am ready to withdraw my case. Kindly give a suggestion on visa cancellation if I withdraw the case.

You can withdraw the case in front of the honourable judge, after that, you just get an order for this case.

If you have a passport, you can fly back to your home country at any time. Automatically after 6 months, your visa will be cancelled or you can appoint a Law Attorney on your behalf to look after your labour case by giving him a Power Of Attorney.
