Exiting a limited contract after expiry and labour right

Good morning.

My contract will expire on May 17, 2020. I already submitted my letter of non-renewal last February 17.

But, the COVID-19 happened and last March 21, our manager told me that he will hold my exit until the travel ban is lifted.

This April, the Ministry of Human Resources issued repatriation for those who want to exit. And again, I emailed my manager about this.

But He said he doesn't know of such notice. I need some legal advice about this.
