Legal rights in case the employer terminated a limited contract
T&Cs for employment contract period: six (6) month from the date of arrival in Saudi Arabia/extendable.
Note: as per the nature of turnaround/shutdown projects, in the event of immediate termination by the employer before contract expiry, 1-month basic salary shall be provided.

What benefits I can get as I have not been deported by the company to my destination country where the contract started?

Since you have signed up with the company for a certain project, and such project is done or cancelled, the contract shall be terminated according to Article (57) of the Saudi Labor law, and which states that the contract is terminated by the end of the purpose of the contract.
Thus, as a result, you shall be subjected to compensation which was agreed upon with the employer + the salary of your monthly leave.
