Shehab Alsaleh

Shehab Alsaleh is a Saudi Attorney licensed to practice law by the Saudi Ministry of Justice. His corporate legal services include drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, memorandums of understandings and legal notices in accordance with regulations and laws in Saudi Arabia, related to corporate, sales, mortgage, guarantee, construction, commercial agencies, distribution, lease, assignment, and commercial transactions fields. He is also experienced in litigation and disputes, where he is representing clients before all courts and governmental sectors in all cases and all disputes including commercial, financial, insurance, real estate, compensation, labour, personal status, banking and customs, criminal and financial paper and administrative...etc. His job includes reviewing and studying judgments, sentences and decisions of all courts and providing legal opinion and drafting of the objections and appeals. In addition, he is experienced in the enforcement of judgments and judicial decisions against the opponents of clients including cheques, promissory notes, adjustments of debenture before executive courts in the GCC.
