الوضع القانوني لموظف مُهدد بالفصل من قبل صاحب العمل
مرحبًا،
أخبرني صاحب العمل أنهم سيقومون بإنهاء خدمتي لأنني عبرت عن مخاوفي خلال جائحة فيروس كورونا حيث وجدت أنهم يتبعون ممارسات صحية غير آمنة.
لقد أنهيت فترة الاختبار في 8 أبريل 2020، لكنهم لم يرسلوا لي أي خطابات تُفيد بذلك، ويريدون مني البدء في قضاء فترة الإشعار.
ما هي حقوقي في هذه الحالة؟

Dear questioner,
Your employment will be automatically treated as confirmed once you finish your 6 months probation period.
Therefore as you are a confirmed employee, you can serve the notice period.

They must inform you officially that you are in the warning period and that your rights are to obtain any late salary and two-day vacation for each month of service and in exchange for the notice of termination and compensation for the arbitrary dismissal and return ticket.
