Hello,
Can a company terminate the employee without a valid reason especially during this pandemic?
How the gratuity will be calculated since he has been working with them for almost 5 years (will be completed in September 2020)?
Should he get more money in addition to the termination calculation since it is an arbitrary dismissal?
What will happen to his residency and his family members who are registered under his name?

The company does not have the right to fire the employee without a legal reason.
He is entitled to compensation for arbitrary dismissal from one to three months, in addition to your labor rights, an end-of-service bonus of 21 days for each year of your first five years of service, and leave and warning allowance.
