Legal status of an employee threatened to be terminated by the employer
Hello,
My employer has said they will terminate me due to me voicing out my concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic as I found them following unsafe hygiene practices.
I finish my probation on the 8th of April 2020, but they haven't given me any letters stating so but want me to start serving the notice period.
What are my rights here?

Dear questioner,
Your employment will be automatically treated as confirmed once you finish your 6 months probation period.
Therefore as you are a confirmed employee, you can serve the notice period.
If need be, kindly contact us at the phone number for a detailed discussion or write to us at our email for further assistance.

They must inform you officially that you are in the warning period and that your rights are to obtain any late salary and two-day vacation for each month of service and in exchange for the notice of termination and compensation for the arbitrary dismissal and return ticket.
You can contact us via email.

Dear Questioner,
Don't take any action as long as you are still working. If they prevented you from attending to work then you have to act.
Contact us to provide with legal advice or legal services on the contact details.
