الاستقالة دون إشعار مسبق لعدم دفع الرواتب
سيدي العزيز،
أنا أعمل في إحدى شركات البناء في إمارة دبي بموجب عقد عمل غير محدد المدة، ولم تدفع لي الشركة راتب مقابل الأربعة أشهر الماضية.
لدي عرض عمل آخر من شركة مقرها إمارة أبو ظبي.
هل يمكنني الاستقالة من الشركة الحالية دون قضاء فترة إشعار؟ هل يعد هذا الأمر قانونيًا؟ ماذا يجب علي أن أفعل في هذه الحالة؟

Yes,
You can resign without notice period from the company because your employer failed to fulfil his duty towards the employee in accordance with the contract and the law.
It is legal, and when you resign, just mention the proper cause in the resignation letter why you are resigning if possible just make a complaint to Ministry of labour if the company is not cancelling your visa.

Pursuant to Article (121) of the Labour Law, the worker may leave work without notice should the employer breach his obligations towards the worker, as set forth in the contract or the law.
The worker is eligible for unpaid salaries and EOSB.
