What happens after somebody gets arrested for having an accident while drunk?

Q: Hello, I would like to ask for advice for my boyfriend who is currently at the police station but tomorrow he will go to court. My boyfriend got drunk while driving and our car had an accident. He had three friends in the car when the car had an accident the three of his friends ran away immediately while my boyfriend called the police to help him. But the situation turned upside down instead of helping him they locked him up for two days at the police station and going to court is open. I feel sorry for my boyfriend as just because of alcohol, he will lose all his dreams if he is imprisoned. In fact, god knows how kind the boyfriend is even if he drinks, he is not a criminal to be imprisoned. I'm confused about what to do. I always wonder if he is ok in prison and if he is fed properly or not., and whether he is being made a slave within the prison. I hope you can help me with advice. Thank you very much.

Hi I have a question. Last week, I settled my debt under the Amicable Settlement Center in Dubai Courts. The plaintiff acknowledged the receipt of the total payment from me. However, it was also stipulated in the amicable settlement that the plaintiff needed to make sure the travel ban against me had to be cancelled immediately. However, now one week later, he still hasn’t lifted the travel ban and isn’t responding to my call/message. As I need to travel, I would like to know: 1. What can I do myself and how? 2. Hello, My brother's brother-in-law was arrested at Fujairah Airport, as he was carrying 25 bottles (each of 10 Grams) of new shama kamini vidrawan ras. This is an ayurvedic formulation that promotes sexual wellness. The ingredients help to enhance libido in men. As he (brother's brother-in-law) informed police that my brother asked him to carry this ayurvedic medicine, as he (my brother) wanted to gift it to his few friends, as this is cheaper in India. As of now, both my brother and his brother-in-law are arrested by police stating that this medicine contains drugs and is kept in Fujairah Central Jail. It's been more than 15 days since my brother's brother-in-law (arrested on 26th June), and more than one week since my brother's arrest (6th July). Now, I don't have any idea or information about what will happen and what the current status is. Your kind advice and help will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Can I cancel the deal if an advertised 2-bedroom apartment is officially a 1-bedroom?

Hello, I'm in the process of buying an apartment. The apartment was listed as a 2-bed, and when I asked to see the floor plan, it was marked as a 1-bed. I was told by the agent that this was a mistake/mislabel and that the seller is trying to get it fixed. In the process of obtaining the NOC from the developer, the apartment was again listed as a 1-bed, and when I asked for it to be updated, the developer mentioned that the apartment is officially registered as a 1-bed. Since it was spacious, it was offered as an internal modification, but the official classification is 1-bed and that can't be changed. I checked with the DLD, and the apartment is registered as a 1-bed as well. I was not aware of any modifications and was not told any of this by the agent when signing Form F. Are the above facts grounds for me to back out of the deal, or does the classification not matter in this case?
