Q: Hi, I am looking for the following but due to financial constraints, we are low on budget as we have to pay EMI and Mollak for a flat where the tenant is not paying. 1- File the first instance case, in this, I need someone who knows Arabic and can be there with my relative who is the owner of the flat during the first hearing. 2- The opposing party will file an appeal so we have to get the period of appeal reduced by the judge and make it mandatory for the tenant to pay 50% of the rental amount till the time of appeal for filing an appeal. I cannot get hold of the eviction team - so do they make an appointment to come or how does it work exactly?
