مرحبًا، طاب يومك! أعمل في شركة في القطاع الخاص بعقد سنوي محدد المدة. أمضيت منه حوالي 11 شهرًا وأبلغت صاحب العمل ببريد إلكتروني رسمي منذ شهر بالضبط بأنني أريد إنهاء عقد العمل في نهاية الشهر الحالي وأنني سأدفع بدل للفترة المتبقية من فترة الإخطار. لا أتوقع موافقة صاحب العمل على الإنهاء، لذلك هل يمكنه التسبب في صدور حرمان عمل ضدي؟ شكرًا!

السلام عليكم، أعمل في شركة منذ سنة ونصف. في البداية حصلت على عرض عمل ولكن لم تصدر إقامه لوجود حظر على الشركة. صدرت منذ 4 أشهر إقامة لي على شركة أخرى يملكها صاحب الشركة التي أعمل بها بسبب الحظر على الشركة التي أعمل بها، ولكن لم أحصل على شهادة عدم ممانعة (إعارة). الآن أريد تقديم استقالتي والانتقال إلى وظيفة جديدة. ما الإجراءات؟ وهل تُطبّق عقوبات ضدي لأنني لم أكمل 6 أشهر على الإقامة أو أي عقوبات أخرى؟

السلام عليكم، رفع عامل لدي دعوى عمالية وصدر الحكم لصالحه. استأنفت الحكم وصدر أيضًا لصالحه وهو الآن فتح ملف تنفيذ بتاريخ ٥/٩/٢٠٢٣ وتم إعلاني بالتنفيذ. مع العلم أن المبلغ المطلوب ٤٠ ألف درهم وليس لدي كل المبلغ المطلوب. ماذا أفعل؟ وماذا سيحدث إذا امتنعت عن السداد؟ مع العلم أيضًا أنني كنت أضع له راتب ٣٠ ألف درهم. هل يمكن تقسيط المبلغ؟ وما أقصى مدة لتقسيط المبلغ؟ أريد إجابة وافية رجاءً. شكرًا جزيلاً!

Dear All, I currently have an annual rent contract with a hotel apartment in Al Barsha, Dubai. I have a separate Ejari and pay my unit's DEWA bills. My current yearly rent is the same as the rent advertised for new units in the same building. However, my contract renewal is due in three months, and the building management has informed me that a 10% increase in rent will be applied if I wish to renew. According to the RERA rental index calculator for the Al Barsha area, my current annual rent is already higher than the average rent, so no increase in rent is permissible. The building management has stated that they don't fall under the RERA rental index because they're hotel apartments. I wish to verify whether they fall under RERA rent index guidelines or not.
