I have recently resigned from my organization. What I want to know is that in the end of service gratuity calculation, the paid leave amount consists of basic pay only.
Shouldn't the HRA be part of paid leave amount as well in addition to basic pay?

حساب مكافأة نهاية الخدمة عند الاستقالة
س: سيدي العزيز،
أنا أعمل في مستشفى كممرضة معتمدة منذ 11/05/2014.
لقد كان أول عقدي عمل لي غير محددا المدة وبعد انتهاء فترة العقد الثانية، جددت إدارة المستشفى عقد العمل بعقد جديد محدد المدة.
لقد استقلت من المستشفى في الوقت الحالي وأقضي فترة إشعار مدتها شهرين حسب العقد. أود أن أعرف طريقة حساب مكافأة نهاية الخدمة الخاصة بي.
وفقًا لإدارة المستشفى، إنهم يحسبون مكافأة نهاية الخدمة على أنها 14 يومًا × 4 سنوات (بناءً على الفترة المكتملة من عقد العمل محدد المدة).
لقد استكملت خمس سنوات وأربعة أشهر من مدة العمل مع المستشفى (أربع سنوات بموجب عقد عمل غير محدد المدة وسنة واحدة وشهرين بموجب عقد عمل محدد المدة).
يرجى التأكد من أن حساب مكافأة نهاية الخدمة صحيح وفقًا لقانون العمل الإماراتي.
كما طلبت مني إدارة المستشفى دفع راتب شهرين كاملين كتعويض لأنني قدمت استقالتي دون استكمال عقد العمل محدد المدة.

طاب يومك،
علي نزاعات إيجارية وحصلت على خطة تسوية منذ 8 أشهر.
لكنني لم أدفع التسوية لأنه في لحظة التقدم بطلب للحصول على خطة التسوية، كان لدي عرض عمل وخسرته بسبب منع السفر ولم أتمكن من معالجة التأشيرة.
علي قضية شخصية أخرى لدى الشرطة حيث قمت بالفعل بدفع مبلغ 18000 وكانت المطالبة 40000 درهم. والآن بعد أن لم التوقف عن الدفع، رفع المدعي القضية مرة أخرى.
لدي الآن خطاب عرض آخر وأريد الحصول على شهادة مخالصة خلال 48 ساعة، وإلا فقد أفقد هذه الوظيفة أيضًا.

بعد جدال معهم حول هذا الموضوع، قمت أخيرًا بإحضار السيارة إلى الصيانة في شركتهم وأكدوا أن الجزء يحتاج إلى تغيير كامل.
أخبرتهم أنني لا أستطيع قبول سيارة معيبة والمطالبة باسترداد الأموال أو بمركبة أخرى. حتى الآن لم يكونوا على قدر من التعاون.

كيف تعرف الحكم عندما تعرض الحالة في النظام "تم الحكم"؟

هناك قضية ضدي في محكمة تجارية ذات اختصاص كامل. آسف إذا كان هناك خطأ في هذا. لم أشارك في القضية، وبناءً على نصيحة محاميي في المملكة المتحدة، لم يتم تمثيلي هناك في دبي.
عند التحقق من البوابة، تقول إنه تم التوصل إلى حكم بالأمس، لكن لا يمكنني رؤية المزيد من التفاصيل. لذلك أسئلتي هي:
1) هل تصدر الأحكام خلف أبواب مغلقة أم أمام المحامين؟ (المدعون لديهم محامون)
2) كم من الوقت يستغرق عادة حتى يصبح الحكم علنيًا ولكي أرى نتيجة القضية؟
الشيء الوحيد الذي يُقال على الإنترنت هو كلمة "تم الحكم".

الترحيل من الإمارات رغم سلامة نتيجة الفحوصات الطبية
مرحبًا،
لقد تم ترحيلي من الإمارات بسبب عدم اللياقة الطبية، ولكن عندما وصلت إلى بلدي، أجريت عدة فحوصات طبية ولكن كل شيء على ما يرام؛ فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية سلبي، لا يوجد التهاب الكبد B، الخ.
لا أعلم هل كان هناك خطأ أو سوء حظ بالنسبة لي. أتساءل عما إذا كان بإمكانهم السماح لي بالعودة إلى دبي.

Is it mandatory to visit the CID in person to update my records?
Respected Advisors,
I have been involved in a few criminal cases since 2017, but all of them were cleared by this year. I have obtained release letters for all the cases from the public prosecution office through an online portal.
Recently, I also received my residence visa. After the visa process was completed, I applied for a PCC online. However, the request was rejected.
I contacted the 901 office, and they advised me to visit the CID. I arranged for a power of attorney to be granted along with all the necessary documents to update the system.
Twice I was told to come in person, but I am hesitant to do so because of my previous negative experience.
Could someone please advise me whether I must go in person or if the person holding the power of attorney can handle the process?

Canceling my MoU and getting my deposit back due to a low bank valuation and overpriced property
Hi,
I wanted to purchase a 2-bedroom apartment in JVC Dubai. I gave a 10% security deposit cheque to the seller. The price mentioned in the MoU is very high compared to other similar apartments in the same building.
The bank’s valuation also came in very low. Since the valuation is much lower, how can I terminate the MoU and get my cheque back? The MoU ends on 1st October 2024.
One of the articles in the MoU states:
In the event that the Buyer fails to make the payments as agreed or fails to complete the transfer on the agreed date due to his own acts or omissions, the Seller has the right to terminate this agreement and retain the deposit, provided that the termination is due to a violation of the agreed terms, unless both parties agree amicably to different dates.
