15-minute advice session on real property related issues
Get advice about your real property related issue from an experienced UAE lawyer by phone. Within a 15-minute phone call, the lawyer you hire can answer your questions and give you advice and guidance on topics like:
- tenant-landlord relations (tenancy contracts, non-payment of rent, rental disputes, eviction procedures, etc.),
- sale and purchase of real property in the UAE (sale and purchase agreements SPA/MOU, deposits, reservation forms, property registration, etc.),
- disputes with real estate developers (property handover, termination of SPA, compensation claims, etc.)
This service is right for you if you are a tenant/landlord or buyer/seller of the real property in the UAE, and you need advice and guidance on preventing or resolving legal issues in accordance with UAE laws.
What's included
- 15-minute phone (or online) call with an attorney. Answers and advice. The lawyer will suggest options for you, based on their experience helping other people with similar issues.
- Privacy. Everything you discuss with your lawyer is protected by attorney-client privilege.
What's not included
- Reviewing documents.
- Long-distance telephone calls. If you are based outside the UAE then probably you will need to call the lawyer yourself, or agree on some other way of voice communication.
- Any additional advice or work by the lawyer after the 15-minute advice session.
Most people get the answers they need regarding their legal issues during the call, but if your case requires additional work – for example, you would like to file a case with Rental Dispute Settlement Center or would like to negotiate compensation with the developer – you are welcome to talk to your lawyer about hiring them for extra work.
