Returning to home country with children without wife's approval

Q: We are Muslims and I`m married 8 years ago and I have two children; a 5-year old daughter and a 2-year old son. We are still living together. Due to my financial situation, I decided to go back to my home country but my wife`s family is not allowing her to leave or take the children with me. Her family keeps on interfering in my family`s life and turning her against me. Going back to the country means I want to give my children a good education, a professional life, and a better future. In this situation, what I can do? I can`t leave my family here and go without my children.

The applied law when the employment agreement is not approved

Q: I was the CEO of a private office & group of companies owned by one of Abu Dhabi Sheikhs. My visa was issued for the private office and it was for three years. We both signed a special employment agreement. The agreement was not filed or approved by the Labour Department. I had no labour card. Also, my payroll was not paid through the Wages Protection System of the Labour Department. Does the labour law apply to any dispute with the employer or we should see the provisions of the employment agreement?

Q: Dear Sir, I worked for a company with an unlimited contract as an archives clerk for almost 7 months. I resigned from my job due to an emergent court case in my country without giving notice period and asked them to cancel as early as possible but in vain. I left the country without cancellation. I sent all my court documents to my company to prove that my exit was an emergency. My question is: if I come back before the six-month period ends for visa cancellation, what consequences I could face as per the labour law?
